Welcome to Logan Welcher, Communications & Marketing Assistant!

Marketing Maven Consulting, a brand management and design firm based in Great Bend, Kansas, is delighted to announce the addition of a new employee. Logan Welcher, a Great Bend native, started with the company at the end of July as a Communications and Marketing Assistant. “Logan’s enthusiasm for continuing education and career development aligns perfectly with our culture at Marketing Maven,” says Rachel Mawhirter, Marketing Maven's Founder & CEO. “She’s got a lot of great experience, and has hit the ground running. We’re excited to have her on our team!”

Logan Welcher earned her Associate’s Degree from Barton Community College in May 2021 and recently graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Kansas State University in May of 2024. During her college career, Logan gained valuable experience as a Digital Marketing Intern for SEG Media Collective and as a Sales Expert at T-Mobile, both located in Manhattan, Kansas.

Logan’s interest in marketing ignited during a high school marketing course while campaigning for a local election as part of a class project. “I love the idea of not doing the same thing every day, and being able to explore my creativity,” Welcher shares. “I have a passion for reaching goals, learning new things, and making people happy, so I think Marketing Maven will be the perfect home for me.”

When she’s not at work, Welcher loves traveling and attending live music events. On those cozy days at home, she might be found binge-watching TV shows, dancing to her favorite songs, or spending time with her cat.
